35세 여자분인데 특별한 병력없고 흉통으로 걱정이 많아서 하게되었습니다 

TR이 어느정도 관찰되지만 동반된 PR, RAE, LAE등의 구조적인  이상은 관찰되지 않습니다

심와부에서 IVC직경이 확장되어 있고 호흡에도 변화가 별로 없는데  물론 의미있는 pul HT은 아니지만 boderline으로도 볼수 있게 나오는데  IVC 확장의 이미가 있는지요?     식후에 IVD가 통통하게 확장될 수 있다고 들은 것 같은데 책에서는 잘 못 찾아서 질문 드려봅니다

IVC 동맥류는 상승된 우심압, RV 기능 장애, 상당한 TR과 관련하여 볼 수 있으며 이러한 소견이 없다면, 심질환 때문으로 판단 할 수는 없을 것으로 추정됩니다. IVC확장이 항상 심장 RA Pressure증가를 보여주는 것은 아니고 다른 임상적 그리고 초음파 소견을 모두 고려하여 판단해야 할 것으로 보입니다. 빈혈여부, IVC 압박을 초래할 수 있는 간종괴 및 버드키아리증후군, 신질환 등을 배제하시기 바랍니다. 		2023-06-12

After a meal it is possible for the IVC to be dilated in a normal person due to an increase in blood volume and pressure in the abdominal area.

This is because in thin individuals, the IVC may appear enlarged due to the lack of surrounding fatty tissue to compress it. Additionally, in young adults and adolescents, the IVC may appear larger due to the body`s natural growth and development.
